The Registered Occupational Therapist provides patient care based upon a total assessment and written evaluation that is appropriate for the patient's need and medical condition and provides such care in compliance with hospital and physical therapy department policy and procedures. The licensed Therapist will also assist in the department's performance improvement plan and the hospital's commitment to continuous quality improvement.

Must Haves:

• License Occupational Therapist in the State of Oklahoma
• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a BS, MS, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• BLS within 30 days of hire
