Role: DevOps Technical Automation Engineer
Location Bay Area, San Francisco, CA (ONSITE)
Requirements:
- Strong developer who understands infrastructure. Proficient in writing scripts and libraries to build infrastructure using code. Python programming language is preferred. Docker knowledge and proficiency to work with various build systems such as npm, Maven, and Poetry is a must. Kubernetes understanding is essential. Able to code deployments using technologies like Helm and Kustomize is preferable. Experience in working with AWS/GCP services is a must.
- Must understand API documentation of various services we interact with to deliver CI/CD and be able to create reusable modules to support CI/CD. Experience in documenting work in GitHub or creating CLIs with --help parameters is required. Able to work with Offshore DevOps/System Engineers and guide them to adopt Infrastructure as Code to deploy new infra.
- Experience working with AWS/GCP and Apple CloudTech/Hybrid cloud to debug 3PC issues is required. Candidates must have written modules using Terraform or libraries with AWS CDK or Pulumi.
