About The Role
Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of Mochi Health? As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and maintaining our core systems, ensuring they're scalable, secure, and reliable. Your role is pivotal in crafting the user experience and ensuring our platform delivers exceptional service to our customers.

We're looking for engineers who are not just technically skilled but also bring passion, attention to detail, and a drive for growth.
What You'll Do
- Own architectural decisions and the technical build-out as we scale
- Build and ship new features at high velocity and high quality
- Drive engineering process improvements and enhance tooling
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, maintaining high standards of excellence
- You enjoy working cross functionally to solve hard problems and make an impact
- Work closely with product, design and engineering team to design and contribute to core product initiatives
- Produce well-structured code with detailed specifications
Who You Are
- BS in Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years of industry experience in frontend development, developing large-scale applications, preferably in a startup environment
- Made significant contributions to full-stack projects, from planning to execution
- Deep knowledge of the React lifecycle and state management
- Comfortable working autonomously and in ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Excited about working in-person with our team in San Francisco
