Requirements:

 Hold a valid Ohio Dental Hygienist license.

 Bring your 1+ years of experience as a RDH to the table.

 Showcase your tech-savviness with digital records.

 Strong attention to detail and communication skills are a must.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical

role inpromoting oral health preventing dental diseases. We are counting on you to

help our patients by

1) Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments: Reviewing medical histories,

taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions.

2) Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care: Prophylaxis Cleanings, Scaling & Root

Planing, Polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering

localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.

3) Patient Education: Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling,

and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health. Educating

patients on proper brushing, flossing, and other home care techniques.
