Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Location: This role would be based out of York, PA but would offer telehealth support to our locations in Quakertown, York, Hillside, Dallas, Langhorne, and Lehigh Valley.

We are currently seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct history and physical examinations, review lab results, monitor blood levels, and handle sick calls and discharge preparations (including physician orders and prescriptions, if applicable).
• Provide support and resources to the adult residential program and detox as needed.
• Coordinate with the primary care physician and psychiatrist, with the assistance of the nursing staff, when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure medications are cost-effective for clients post-discharge and complete prior authorization requests for medications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Addiction Medicine and/or family practice medicine.
