The Marathon Group Recruiting, LLC, a distinguished printer and converter of bags and flexible packaging, is currently seeking an experienced Flexo Press Assistant to join our rapidly growing team in the Nashville, TN area. The primary responsibilities of the Flexo Press Assistant for Flexible Packaging will include assisting with the operation of flexo press printing machines, ensuring high-quality printing of bags and food packaging, and adapting to the demands and requirements of 1st or 2nd shift.

To be considered for the Flexo Press Assistant role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an assistant on wide web flexo presses (W & H, Comexi, or KYMC) in printing flexible packaging.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive:

• A competitive starting hourly wage between $28- $37 hr depending on experience
• Shift differentials and availability of overtime
• Relocation expenses, if necessary
