We are seeking a Client Associate -- Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team! You will deliver personalized help with all administrative activities helping our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Day to Day administrative role activities
- Managing Calendar of client meetings
- Handling all paperwork needed for the firm
- Working closely with us Advisors to be sure all tasks are completed for our clients
- Taking responsibility to help the business grow. i.e. coming up with tasks that may be good for the business overall/ client growth and acquisition/
- Helping out with other office tasks needed (i.e. ordering office items...)
- Potentially growing with the firm by adding additional value above and beyond administrative role
- We do provide a decent amount of flexibility which will be discussed in great detail if you are interviewed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banking, financing would be a plus
- Previous experience in client facing role a plus
- Familiarity with investment products and services a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technology skills with Excel, Word, Internet Services a must.
Pay will be determined by individual candidate experience.
