Overview
We are seeking a skilled OSP Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and closure of projects within the outside plant engineering or construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Complete site walks.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations
- Utilize GIS platforms and data analysis tools for project management
- Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices and provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project teams.
- Have a good knowledge of OSP fiber installation and design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the outside plant engineering.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, GIS platforms, and data analysis tools
- PMP certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
