POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts in a group
setting to members of all fitness levels. In this role, you must have a strong desire help members reach their health
and fitness goals through pushing them outside of their comfort zone and building confidence through showing them
what they are capable of.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to work with and train clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds to relatively challenge each member
• A strong communicator; positive, high energy and highly motivated

• Able to follow Burn Boot camp protocol and guidelines
• Dedicated to maintaining personal integrity, client confidentiality and professional standards for best
practice.
• Excellent client engagement to maximize and enhance member experience
• Fitness Product Execution
o Train workouts (45-minute camps consisting of personal training in a group setting)
o Available to train/co-train 5-10 camps per week
• Able to meet 1-on-1 with members to facilitate client success through goal setting, accountability, as well as
nutritional guidance.
REQUIREMENTS
• Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4-year Exercise Science degree
• CPR/AED certified
• Pass the Burn Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning test
