Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state standards and cater to the diverse needs of students

- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement

- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents

- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administrators to enhance the educational experience

- Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance and attendance

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education

- State teaching certification required
