We are looking for a Senior PV Service Technician with over 5 years of experience and advanced certifications to lead our service team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who can handle complex troubleshooting, system optimization, and customer interactions while mentoring junior team members.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair efforts for residential and commercial PV systems.

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on PV systems, including inverters, modules, racking, wiring, and monitoring systems.

• Conduct comprehensive performance testing and optimization for solar PV systems.

• Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and customer communication.

• Mentor and train junior technicians, ensuring high standards of service and safety.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop solutions for complex issues.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a PV Service Technician or in a similar role.

• Advanced knowledge of PV systems, electrical components, and safety protocols.

• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple service projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.

• NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification or equivalent required.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
