Position Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time to Full-Time Bookkeeper in the Westerville area. This dynamic role involves working with multiple clients, both at our Westerville office and at client offices around the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
• Reconcile accounts
• Set up new QuickBooks clients
• General bookkeeping tasks (excluding payroll)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of QuickBooks experience (will be tested)
• Experience with QuickBooks in various types of organizations
• Familiarity with payroll processes and posting
• Strong foundational bookkeeping skills
