Position Title: Registered Nurse II

Location: Lakewood, WA – Inpatient Hospital (Psychiatric – Mental Illness)

Shift hours: Day & Night Shifts

Salary: $45.00 - $63.00 DOE

Overview

Our client is an inpatient facility providing individual care and treatment plans to mental health patients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead, document, and direct the clinical care carried out by professional and paraprofessional nursing personnel in compliance with applicable nursing standards of care and practice.
• Conduct assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' medical, and psychiatry needs with a focus while providing patient-focused care.
• Serve as the liaison between patients and their families to educate them regarding treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Valid Washington State license to practice as a Registered Nurse or the ability to obtain a valid Washington State license by the start of employment
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), preferred but not required

• All direct care positions receive an additional 5% per hour for working at a 24/7 staffed facility. Shift differential of $2.50/hr for working evening and night shift.
