POSITION SUMMARY:

We are a privately owned manufacturer of quality paper and plastic cups, and we believe in superior customer service. This position monitors the department's sales, training, and customer service to ensure accuracy and problem resolution. It also assists in managing marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. The position takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich a company's position and image through various goals and objectives. Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review various daily, weekly, and monthly reports and train the team on their opportunities.
• Follows up on extensive quotes and approves quotes.
• Provides incident resolution for various problems.
• Prepares, conducts, and attends various meetings.
• Build a strong sales team with excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to sell paper and plastic cups and containers—cold call, connect, and establish rapport.
• Follow-up calls to customers after a problem has been resolved to ensure their satisfaction.
• Ability to travel and attend trade shows, sometimes held on weekends.
• Help plan marketing and branding objectives
• Evaluate and support all trade show events and activities.
• Serve as a critical partner for all marketing programs and activities. Collaborate and support all sales and marketing staff to achieve set goals that drive sales.
• Responsible for website content management, print ads, video, and email blasts.
• Assist in developing and supporting electronic/social networking business concepts. This position is responsible for updating content and assuring the accuracy and value of all social networking media.
• Conducted and presented statistical analysis: Google Analytics, AdWords, & vendor stats.
• Ensure brand messages are consistent.
• Gather and analyze customer insight.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education and Experience: A two-year degree or five years of experience is required. To qualify for this job, you must pass the required assessments for attention to detail, math, and skill.

Physical Capabilities:

• I sit for long periods, from 7 to 8 hours of the day.
• Walking intermittently.
• Typing for most of the work day.
