We are a vibrant, successful and privately-owned flooring business located in beautiful Georgetown, SC. For more than 30 years, we've offered stylish and affordable flooring products featuring; carpet, hardwood, LVT,  area rugs, tile and stone products.  With an increase in demand for our services we are looking for a new Showroom Designer / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This person will be working 70% in the showroom and 30% going into the community to network with residential builders, designers,  property managers, etc. This individual is also responsible for assisting customers that might walk in the showroom to find the right style and design that fits their project. 

Expectations of Showroom Designer/Sales Consultant:
• Network in the community with Designers, Builders/Remodelers, Insurance and/or Real Estate Agents, etc.
• Work with customers in the showroom giving product knowledge & design advice

• Work with estimators to determine proper products & installation
• Create sales orders in QFloors
• Schedule estimates with customers
• Communicate with customers to ensure sale to install goes smoothly
• Use the showroom as a conference center and hub when not in the field and assist in keeping showroom orderly
• Stay up to date on new products and design trends

• Coordinate and plan educational events to engage design professionals of our services

Key Qualifications:

• Preferred college graduate
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Organization & time management skills
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• Floor covering sales experience 
• QFloors software experience is a plus (will train)
• Relationship builder, positive attitude and enthusiasm for the products

Hours:  Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00, Closed Saturday and Sundays
