Key Responsibilities:
Efficiency: Monitor and improve team efficiencies to meet the goal of 80% real efficiency. Implement and maintain production systems and prevent mistakes by providing clear work instructions.
Output and Leadtime: Manage team staffing, retention, and attendance to meet output targets. Prioritize orders effectively and ensure appropriate training for team members.
Supervisory Management: Lead production supervisors in problem-solving, managing operators, and coaching for excellence.
Quality: Ensure consistent manufacturing techniques to deliver high-quality products meeting customer expectations.
Safety: Enforce safety and housekeeping guidelines in line with company rules.
