Welcome Home Finance, a Cranberry Twp, PA Based Mortgage Banker is looking for experienced loan processors/Underwriters. You must have at least two years of mortgage loan processing experience. You will be responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products. Duties will involve timely and accurate processing of all loan documents for conventional, VA, USDA and FHA loans. You must have excellent communications and follow up skills to ensure completion and receipt of required documents. Working hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Minimum 2 years of loan processing. Knowledge of Conventional, VA and/or FHA loans. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
