Duties:
- Maintain and create customer and vendor profiles/records
- Verify, research and update records and account information
- Accurately enter and manipulate data using Excel
- Identify and correct data errors
- Provide support to internal and external customers
- Prioritize workflow and meet strict deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous data entry, office, clerical, and administrative experience
- Tech Savvy with strong Excel proficiency
- Outstanding attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
