Mindful Support and Mental Health Solutions is dedicated to delivering compassionate, quality mental health care that caters to the needs of older adults and their loved ones. We are currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) or Licensed Clinical Psychologists for immediate employment within Brevard County. Our therapists provide psychotherapy for older adults (and their loved ones) primarily in independent living, assisted living and residential communities. There is some opportunity for telehealth.

We offer flexible hours, either part-time or full-time and the ability to focus your time working with clients and providing quality mental health care. All therapists will be provided with training on policies, procedures and use of our electronic health care system.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Required)

- Ability to access our Electronic Health Records via the internet (computer)

- Ability to work independently and schedule and set appointments in a timely manner.

- Submit documentation in a timely manner.

- Be familiar and sensitive to diverse cultures and ethnicity

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to build rapport with clients and their families

- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clinical directors and work collaboratively on a multi-disciplinary team

- Knowledge of state requirements that regulate the practice of mental health treatment and ethics codes

- Previous experience working with older adults preferred, but not required
