Exodus HR Group is facilitating the search to fill an IT Services Manager role for a local Greater Nashville IT solutions client to lead IT staff and enhance client-facing and internal operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing IT staff performance, achieving defined performance standards, and analyzing room for improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ability to be present on premises as well as accommodate local travel to client sites. Must have reliable transportation.

- Recruiting and training staff, communicating job expectations and monitoring performance.

- Ensure organizational effectiveness by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for the implementation of information technologies.

- Direct technological research to align with organizational goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.

- Oversee project completion by coordinating resources and timelines with user departments and data centers.

- Verify application results through comprehensive system audits of implemented technologies.

- Protect organizational assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, and robust information security measures.

- Recommend IT strategies and policies by evaluating outcomes, identifying problems, assessing trends, and anticipating requirements.

- Meet financial objectives by forecasting needs, responsible for minor budgeting

- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing high organizational standards.

- Stay current with professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and networking.

- Contribute to team efforts and take on a customer facing role as needed

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent job experience.

- Manage Service Provider experience is a plus

- Data Center Management Experience is a plus

- 2 years of IT management experience

- 2-3 years supervisory experience

- 3 years technical experience

- Excellent Communication and Staffing Abilities

- Goal Oriented with Compliance Knowledge

- Budget Development and Management

- Strategic Planning and Quality Management Expertise

**Physical Requirements:**
