Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our finance team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist finance team with A/P and A/R and other general accounting duties.
- Create customer invoices, process payments, record data. Review and process vendor bills.
- Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, financial reporting.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields. Experience with Quickbooks a must.
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
