We are currently seeking a Zoho Solutions Consultant. The role of Solutions Consultant is to design custom systems for client needs and business processes, and to serve as an expert consultant in the implementation of Zoho applications. The Solutions Consultant works closely with clients to determine the ideal fit between the client’s requirements, the Zoho suite of applications and our services. Additionally, the Solutions Consultant is integral in the delivery of Aspen94's services. Our Solutions Consultants are well versed in:

• IT project management and Agile principles

• Customer relationship management

• Documenting technical requirements

• Researching and proposing solutions

• Estimating project work

• Preparing user tools and training materials

• Conducting webinars and training

Ideal candidates for Solutions Consultant will also possess:

• Relevant experience customizing software and working with relational databases, graphical design tools, dashboards/KPIs

• Data cleanup and manipulation

• Blog writing

• Understanding of best practices for user experience design

• A passion for problem solving with cloud technology

• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• High standards for quality work and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate and engage effectively with both clients and other team members

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills for a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

This is a full-time salary position. New team members are eligible for annual company performance bonuses after 1 year of employment.

Aspen94 is based in Novi, MI but operates mostly in a remote environment and this a remote position with minimal travel requirements.
