We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced School Administrator who resides in the Klein/Spring area in North Houston, Texas. to oversee the day-to-day operations of our school. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in school administration. We are looking for a warm and approachable individual with a friendly demeanor who can create a positive and welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff.

- Oversee daily school operations: Ensure the smooth running of school activities, including staff coordination.
- Manage school personnel: . Provide leadership and support to faculty and staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement school policies: Create and enforce school policies and procedures in alignment with and state Communicate with parents and community: Build strong relationships with parents and community members through effective communication and collaboration.
- Supervise student activities: Oversee extracurricular activities, clubs, and organizations to provide enriching experiences for students.
- Maintain school facilities: Ensure the safety and maintenance of school facilities and equipment.
- Records: Filing and maintaining student records.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Educational Administration or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a school administrator.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and data analysis.
- Knowledge of state and federal education laws and regulations.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with flexibility to be able to open the school at 6:30am if necessary.
