The Subpoena Coordinator role is a position created to support the subpoena process at Imedview, Inc. This candidate must be able to think and act quickly and have strong phone and email communication. This role will involve working closely with legal teams, court personnel, and plaintiffs’ counsel, requiring a proactive approach to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Research rules, guidelines, and legislation on a routine basis and maintain constant awareness of changes in law in various states
Work within our subpoena module, and provide feedback to on improvements
Assist in the process of setting up new facilities to work with Imedview, Inc.
Devise and develop SOPs as department grows
Collaborate and effectively communicate with legal counsels on various and evolving topics, including subpoena services
Contact facilities for their updated contact information to build out the address book.
Contact facilities for correct service of Subpoena Information (how to service the subpoenas to each facility) and update the address book with this information
As you progress, a key responsibility will be servicing the Subpoenas efficiently in accordance with legal standards and requirements
Performing Follow Up calls to facilities for updates on records
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Effective communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
· Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Ability to quickly adapt and learn new software/technology.
· Prior experience in legal support/administration is preferred but not mandatory.
