RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of our Water/Wastewater Estimator include, but are not limited to:
- Comprehend and interpret bid documents
- Conduct site visits to water/wastewater facilities to assess potential bids
- Proactively follow up on bids and successfully secure business
- Craft a comprehensive estimate from start to finish
- Provide estimations based on gathered information
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of project value and accurate pricing
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of coating performance
- Assist clients in comprehending the presented job/project specifications
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Resolve diverse field-related challenges
- Efficiently assign and delegate responsibilities as necessary
- Place a high value on safety for both oneself and the team
** This is an in-person position in Fords, NJ. Relocation assistance is available. **
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 3+ years of estimating experience in the water/wastewater industry
- Experience problem-solving field issues
Preferred
- 5+ years of field experience
- Experience working with and using high performance coatings
- Estimating software experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Experience managing teams of 3+ people
Desired
- Engineering degree
- Sales experience
- Provides a book of business

Salary: $125,000 to $175,000 plus performance-based incentives
