Qualifications

• Expanded functions dental assistant certification for the state of Florida with a minimum of 2 years experience in general practice
• Front office experience including at a minimum- phones, scheduling, preparing and presenting treatment plans, following-up with patients with unscheduled appointments, insurance verification and breakdown
• Love working with patients, outgoing, positive attitude, team player, a great multitasker and takes initiative
• do digital xrays ; do itero scans; do provisional temporaries; do pvs and alginate impressions; do prophylaxis and sealants

Responsibilities

• *Additional time beyond patient care time allotted for dental assistant tasks during non-patient hours/days
• This equates to approximately 30-35 hours/week
• Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
