Position Overview:

Byers Industrial Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to join our team. This role is critical to the growth and expansion of our company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales within the industrial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the industrial services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong network within the industry and proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
