Aegis is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer for a client of ours in Lake Zurich, IL. Please see qualifications below and apply if you meet them.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineer, or industrial technology
- 3-5+ years of quality experience
- MUST have experience working in an ISO certified facility – specifically AS9100(aerospace) or IATF1345 (automotive) is most ideal.
- Industries to target will be aerospace, automotive, medical device, oil and gas, and heavy industrial.
- Six Sigma Certification is HIGHLY preferred (Black, green or Yellow belt).
- SPC experience – specifically experience with PPAP’s, APQP’s, RCA and gage R&R
- Internal or external auditing experience would be high preferred
- Comfortable in a high volume, fast paced environment
- ASQ Certification or CQE would also be a big plus.
