We are an accounting firm located in Sherman Oaks, known for our expertise in serving clients in the entertainment industry. We're currently seeking an experienced Business Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions accurately using Datafaction
• Manage payroll and accounts receivable/accounts payable
• Generate and analyze financial reports, providing valuable insights for your clients
• Ability to lead and train team members
• Prepare and submit financial statements to accountants during tax documents

Requirements:

• 5 years minimum bookkeeping experience
• Experience in the entertainment industry preferred
• use of Quickbooks and Datafaction
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills for client interactions

Education:

• Accounting knowledge is a must
• Accounting education preferred, a degree is not mandatory
