Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Escort patients to exam rooms
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Georgia Neurosurgical Institute treats patients with brain and spine issues. We cover a level 1 Trauma center and ER. Our catchment area is from Savannah to Atlanta. If you want to experience medicine in an hands on environment GNI is an exciting place to work. We have 6 Neurosurgeons and 62 employees, our own OSC, Imaging and Physical Therapy . We have employees working in our practice some for 40 years, 30 years and many over 20 years. A very stable environment .
