Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Special Projects Manager to join our team. This unique position involves overseeing special projects and driving strategic initiatives, along with additional administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successful project management and leadership in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Lead and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that support the organization's growth and improvement.
  • Maintain required project documentation.
• Leadership and Team Development:
  • Provide leadership and guidance fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between project teams and senior management.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• High-level of attention-to-detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
