Join Tactical Techs as a Tier 2/3 IT Support Technician!
About Us: Tactical Techs is a small but mighty MSP company, serving small businesses for the past 25 years. We specialize in standardized tech solutions across various industries, including private schools, healthcare companies, property management, and grocery stores. As the sole IT support for our clients, we handle their networks, upgrades, and device support with dedication and precision.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Tier 2/3 IT Support Technician to join our team. This senior technician will be responsible for:
- Desktop Hardware / Software Support and Maintenance
- Network Printer Setup Installation and Maintenance
- Auditorium Lighting and Audio Video Setup and Maintenance
- End User troubleshooting and Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Laptops, Desktops, Printers and Audio/Video Equipment
- Document tasks using Atera ticketing system
- Work with staff to support them and maintain their tech equipment
- Maintain Cameras and Wifi
- Maintain clean organized office and workspace
- Collaborate daily with the Head of IT to review task lists and projects
Schedule:
- Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Location: Primarily based in our Sherman Oaks HQ

Qualifications:
- Proven End user support of Desktops Hardware and Software
- Networking experience IP cameras, VOIP phones and Printers
- Audio Video Equipment Setup and Support
- Ability to support staff members and maintain client devices
- Must reside within a 30-45 minute drive from our Sherman Oaks HQ
