Primary Duties

• Greet customers and accurately assess their needs (onsite and over the phone)

• Assemble repair orders and book appointments

• Process payments

• Answer questions about services and products

• Order parts and tires

Necessary Skills

• Good communication skills

• Perform well under pressure

• Skilled in computer and online systems

• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts

$34,983 to $51,674 per year
