We are seeking an RN/LVN Home Health to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

​Responsibilities:

  • Care for ill patients i their homes.
  • Provide basic patient care and treatment at home.
  • Collaborate with Parents to administer prescribed medications.
  • Educate and update patients/Parents on medical treatments.

​Qualifications:

  • 1yr experience in home health.
  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
  • Familiarity with home health
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and family.
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • familiar with Axxess Software is a plus.
