We are seeking experienced Project Managers with Retail Construction renovation experience for our client in Houston, Texas. This is a high profile roles in which you will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and construction on multiple projects through North Texas. The first project will be located in Lufkin, TX- a $17M renovation. Upon completion projects will fall within the Houston region.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction renovation project including planning to completion
• Manage resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Work effectively with other project managers, superintendents, and architects
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Manage project budgets and negotiate with suppliers to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of quality that adhere to plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management, preferably Retail or similar Commercial construction
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science or similar preferred
• Open on experience level; prefer 3+ years of Project Management work minimum
• Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling software
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to be an advocate for worksite safety
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Clean driving record
