We are seeking an Office Manager for an outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day internal operations of the clinic per written policies
- Coordinate physical therapy schedule per staff availability
- Personnel hiring-onboarding/firing, staff recruitment
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Maintain already established healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Outpatient Rehab for over 30 years-2 locations. One location also offers aquatic therapy. A licensed PT on staff.
