Job Description
Position Information: We are looking for a caring and compassionate CNA who is prepared to work a flexible schedule in home-health (SATURDAY and SUNDAY) The shift needed is from 8am to 8pm.
You will be providing direct one on one patient care to an adult female with complex needs due to suffering a brain injury.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- CNA/HHA (Required)
- Valid CPR certification
- 2 years of nursing experience (Required)
- Experience with Tracheostomy Care
- Personal Care with Brief Change
- Transferring & Positioning as needed with Hoyer Lift Assistance
- Medication Administering
- Oral Hygiene
- Observes and assesses the client’s condition and care needs appropriately and reports changes as appropriate
- Educates and provides ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communicate effectively
