Advance Auto Collision is looking for an experienced and customer focused Body Shop / Collision Manager.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in a Body Shop or Insurance Claims environment.
• The ability to effectively work and communicate with customers and insurance companies.
• Ability to write effective estimates.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, an upbeat personality, and a strong work ethic.
• Experience with managing people.
• Prior experience as a Body Shop Manager.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Developing business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume.
• Being responsible for providing a reasonable department operating profit, and maintaining customer satisfaction standards as well as controlling expenses
• Directing the activities of the Body Shop repair facility employees in performing body repairs, IE. meeting time schedules, productivity levels and maintaining quality standards
• Set and accomplish department goals.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all Body Shop facility staff
• Provide technical assistance as needed.
• Monitor and track Body Shop facility Technicians’ performances.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all insurance adjusters, agents, tow companies, etc.
• Keep on top of new equipment and tools available and recommend purchases.
• Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible.`

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Working knowledge of repair methods
• Excellent communication and managerial skills
• Ability to develop outstanding relationships with Insurance companies.
