Our rapidly growing, National Immigration Law Firm, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a candidate that has the ability to look toward the future, sell the big picture on all digital platforms while being both creative and innovative. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain cutting edge marketing and communication strategies that promote our Firm's services. Ideally the preferred candidate would have AI knowledge and experience integrating with our CRM programs. If you believe that you are at the head of your class; someone that can not only create but disseminate engaging, inspirational, and useful content that draws prospective clients to us, then this may just be the position for you.

Duties:

• Develop, Execute and Manage all social media content directed at prospective clients
• Create inventive marketing campaigns in order to aide in the ultimate success of the Firm
• Work with Firm's management to track the success of marketing efforts on all digital outlets; continuously improving as needed, in order to maintain a professional and successful online presence

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of successful digital marketing content and development preferably within a Law Firm setting
• AI experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills; having the ability to communicate with both potential clients as well as Firm Managers and staff
• Must be bilingual, English/Spanish speaking
