Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an Assisted Living Manager to become a part of our team! We are beautiful Assisted Living set back in the rural part of Harford County. We care for up to 45 residents that are all levels of care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate health services
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Been caring for the elderly for 24 years and loving it every day.
