Job Description:
We are pursuing talented individuals to join our growing team as a Strategic Account Specialist. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to, and identify, customer needs and offer unique and innovative solutions to each opportunity. The successful candidate for this position will develop a strong command of our product and service solutions and be well-trained in client success strategies, communication techniques, and policies so they can offer timely and effective solutions that are mutually beneficial to our customers and Biomedix.
This position will be responsible for onboarding new customers, responding to questions regarding the use of our products and services as well as supporting the optimized utilization of our products by providing periodic analysis. In addition, this position will support sales efforts with product demonstrations and educational material.
Responsibilities:
· Training new and existing clients on the use of our products and services
· Professional interaction with clients to establish a positive rapport with each communication
· Document customer interactions in our business systems
· Work with management to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in Biomedix policies or product enhancements
· Support efforts to keep accounts in good business standing with payment policies and procedures
· Favorably impact business performance through client success initiatives that promote better patient care, and stronger business practices for our accounts and Biomedix
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to engage in multiple areas of our business as well as prioritize, and manage time effectively
· BA/BS degree or equivalent
· Ability to remain professional and courteous with existing and prospective clients at all times
· Periodic travel to industry conferences and key accounts/markets
