Role Summary:

The Patient Care Representative provides support to patients and healthcare providers via phone and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate information management and adherence to service goals.

Role is completely onsite in Louisville, KY!
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Temp-Hire opportunity!

Key Responsibilities will include:

•  Manage inbound and outbound pharmacy phone lines.
•  Respond to calls, emails, and requests from patients and providers while meeting service level goals.
• Capture and update patient information accurately.
• Resolve and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Provide medication tracking and shipping information.
• Assist with additional tasks and special projects as directed.
• Schedule treatments and provide status updates.
• Address program inquiries and report adverse events as required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or call center environment.
• Proven track record of high-quality service.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed indoors with extensive use of phone and keyboard.
•  Frequent reaching, handling, and sitting for prolonged periods.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and minor stooping or kneeling.
