Flexible Pharmacy Consulting seeks to employ a pharmacist with active pharmacist licenses for Kentucky (KY) and Nebraska (NE) and who is willing to work on-site at a mail order pharmacy in the Lexington, KY area.
- Pharmacist must also serve as representative Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) for Nebraska only, to satisfy Nebraska Board of Pharmacy requirements for a mail-order pharmacy based out-of-state and mailing medications into Nebraska.
- Expectation is that this pharmacist will be required to work on-site in the Lexington, KY area mail order pharmacy for 30 hrs/week for an estimated total of 4-8 weeks -or until an internal local pharmacist obtains NE license to take over the role.
- The pharmacy may consider permanent employment if a candidate is a good fit and is open to relocation to this most beautiful part of the Bluegrass (horse and bourbon country).
- Preferred candidates will also have Kansas and Maryland licenses (common if you've been in charge of a mail-order pharmacy), as similar services will be needed for those states (although they have a 30 or 60-day grace period for the reestablishment of a PIC representative, and the in-pharmacy work requirements may be less).
