Greeting you all. Happy Sunday. My name is Galina. I’m a social worker turned nurse,
turned nurse entrepreneur.

I’m in need of a part time RN to help me with these two departments. The days and the
hours are little bit flexible and design to work with other parts of your work-life balance.
The days can be 2-4 days a week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or Wednesdays,
Thursdays, Fridays or Thursdays and Fridays.
The kind of things you will help me do:
-Client happiness (internal clients are team members and external clients are care
recipients)
-Help skill validate the caregiving staff
-Teach simple care giving skills
-On-boarding new clients
-Developing care plans and ensuring their implementation
-Maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards
-Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
-Contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
-Provide oversight to the caregiving team
-Serve as assistant administrator in the absence of the CEO
Requirements:
-Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of New Jersey
-Strong Leadership and communication skills
-Knowledge of homecare and best practices
-Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment
