Role: Senior BA. Clinical Capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders in clearly defining the problem and challenges and mapping to potential solution features / capabilities
• Align and author detailed data flow maps, system use cases documents, requirement specifications
• Run workshops and end user sessions  
• Draft key business case and detail justifications on one solution path vs others

Skills and experience required:

• Seasoned BA capabilities  ( 8 + years )
• Good grasp of clinical trial and various processes
• Must have – excellent communication, presentation ( ability to hone on the conversation driver and objectives ) , team engagement skills

Problem statements

• External Clinical Trial Training Mgmt.: there is a gap in business for ability to manage the trainings across our clinical trial sites. Team is looking at a solution for this.
• Regulatory Doc Mgmt.: There is a growing sense of need for a RDMS. However, we are unclear on drivers, and what is a fit for purpose capability to manage this. Need a risk assessment
• Patient scheduling capability: This is tentative – we may need a solution to compute and optimize the patient visits across our clinical, surgical and imaging sites against constraints such as Patient availability, site availability, etc.
