Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our Campaign team in creating impactful, results-driven advertising for our 19 brands. This role requires a seasoned marketer with a proven track record of developing results-driven campaigns that connect with customers across various channels, including video, direct mail, collateral, and social media. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a strategic, rolling 6-month campaign calendar aimed at driving both customer engagement and revenue growth.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Create template campaigns to be versioned for each individual brand.
- Become an expert in our individual brands, creating a range of campaigns to support large, successful brands, struggling brands, and brands in a small tight-knit market.
- Oversee the development of compelling creative assets and messaging tailored to each channel and customer segment.
- Streamline workflows to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Field Marketing, Operations, and Digital to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial goals.
- Develop campaign calendars, briefs and execution plans including hands-on work such as briefing agency, copy ideas for simple tactics, campaign testing and more.
- Manage our three in-house designers and outside agency partners.
- Maintain brand consistency and elevate brand awareness across all marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, incorporating new ideas and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
This position is ideal for a hands on strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving measurable results through creative and innovative marketing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years in a Marketing leadership role, creating marketing plans and campaigns
- Proved experience in driving results
- Prefer but required experience in a mulit-brand organization, retail or home services
- Strong experience in direct mail, digital and traditional media a plus.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and multiple teams across diverse platforms.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Wrike experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to solve cross-functional business challenges while maintaining creative excellence.
