Technology Support Specialist I
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Fully onsite
Rate: $23.00/hr
Skills and duties:
• Independent - have to be ok with remote support
• 2 years of helpdesk / desktop tech support experience
• Good problem solver
• Self-starter - but not afraid to ask questions
• Comfortable handling a large volume of calls
• Heavy demand IT ticketing - very busy and there's always work to do
• Mac & iOS experience
• ServiceNow experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Trainable, professional and punctual mindset cultural fit
