We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our fast growing team and be the right hand man or woman to our CEO.

Position Overview
The COO will be responsible for overseeing our company's ongoing daily operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving business objectives and reaching not only our company and team's goals, but our client's goals as well. This role will be responsible for enhancing scalability, creating efficiencies, and streamlining processes leveraging technology and data. Being extremely knowledgeable of industry best practices across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and professional services, in addition to possessing a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and technology will set this individual up for success.
Objectives
1. Leadership & Management: Direct and manage the company's directors, ensuring that all departments are operating efficiently and aligned with company goals.
- Business Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and that all processes are optimized for success.
- Sales & Performance: Ensure that the sales team is hitting their quotas and that the company is consistently achieving its financial and strategic objectives and scaling.
- Collaboration with CEO: Work closely with the CEO, learning to replicate their leadership style and decision-making processes and take over what the CEO currently does so she can focus on other areas of the business that need her time.
- Event Attendance: Attend prestigious events around the U.S. alongside the CEO a few times a year, with all expenses covered.
- Hybrid Work Environment: Split your time between our Jacksonville office and remote work, with a couple of days each week in the office and a couple of days working from home.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of company-wide initiatives, helping to steer the company towards continued growth.
- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and practices.
- Partner with the Directors to set and drive organizational vision, operational strategy, and growth objectives.
- Provide leadership to ensure all departments work cohesively towards common goals, ensuring those goals are met.
- Monitor performance through key metrics and prepare reports for the CEO.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Drive initiatives within the management team and across the organization to achieve long-term operational excellence.
- Work with cross-departmental teams to ensure ownership and delegation of tasks required to drive results and growth for assigned clients.
- Consult and collaborate virtually with clients from various industries, addressing their financial needs and varying levels of financial understanding.
- Test, report, optimize, and analyze program performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvement across platforms and programs.
- Create and deliver detailed financial analysis, including recommendations for process improvements, best practices, and strategic operational changes.
- Interact with team members and clients at in-person events.
- Conduct beta tests on new initiatives to validate performance and establish standard operating procedures before a company-wide rollout.
- Identify potential cash flow challenges and proactively manage weekly cash flow projections.
- Stay informed on current and emerging trends in financial planning and analysis.

- Event-Ready: Willing and able to represent Automagic Solutions at high-profile events, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Social Media Presence: The ideal candidate will possess social media influence or be willing to establish a presence on social media, representing the company with engaging, educational, and motivational content and upholding our prestigious business reputation offline and online.
COMPETENCIES
- High level of EQ
- Ability to navigate complex conversations
- Strong experience architecting and managing systems from the ground up - CRM, Accounting/GL systems, operational systems, and other financial systems
- Advanced understanding of SaaS deployment
- Ability to map out and organize the process within and across functions
- Advanced level of technical skills
- Advanced level of experience with reporting utilities
- Strong knowledge of the sales pipeline and sales process, forecasting, trends analysis
- Ability to consult within various teams to identify process gaps and establish efficiency
- Strong understanding and philosophy between marketing and sales
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Work experience in Business Operations or Management role
- Experience leading and building teams
- Experience successfully bringing new products/services to market
- Sales and or marketing experience is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
