$26 per hour
$2,500 sign-on bonus
Seven Hills Rhode Island is a human services agency that supports individuals with developmental disabilities and we provide services for individuals with behavioral challenges. The Behavior Specialist develops and oversees behavior education services.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial standardized assessments and baseline assessments of functioning
- Develop goals and objectives to be included in Individual Support Plans
- Develop teaching procedures for the implementation of these goals and objectives
- Collect and analyze data for submittal to the Clinical Director
- Complete progress reports
- Participate in team meetings for individuals assigned to caseload
- Facilitate training and observation of behavioral staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Master's degree preferred
- ABA certification preferred
- Experience in the field of mental health and developmental disabilities
