Your Impactful Role:

You’ll be responsible for both front and back office duties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care, including:

• Answering phones, patient check-in and check-out
• Faxing and calling in prescriptions
• Documenting patient files with precision
• Administering injections and taking vital signs
• Setting and confirming appointments
• Following up with pharmacies and coordinating patient refills
• Triage patients to assess immediate needs and ensure timely care
• Use your phlebotomy skills to assist in patient diagnostics

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant who brings experience, energy, and a proactive attitude. We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (extremely preferred, but not required to be considered)
• Experience in hormone replacement, weight loss, or preventative medicine is a plus!
• A proven track record with EMR systems and office procedures
• Expertise in handling prescriptions, setting appointments, and managing patient files
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Skype/FaceTime, MAC, and Microsoft programs; ability to type 60 wpm
• A health-conscious and fitness-minded approach—someone who values wellness as much as we do!
• A positive, creative attitude that brings energy to the team
• The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation to ensure you’re always punctual
